Digital advancements have significantly transformed the way we communicate, interact, and conduct business. The COVID-19 pandemic forced a paradigm shift in the modalities used to provide health care. Care that was once provided in brick-and-mortar locations is now being delivered with the help of technology, such as telemedicine. Health information technology (IT) has immense potential for improving access, retention, and quality through innovative solutions in service delivery as well as contributing to cost reduction.
