  1. My loving wife of 54years died of septic shock 4/7/2020 at S.C hospital after two operations to save her life. She was treated at nearby clinic for years. She started to lose weight several years ago. She complained of stomach pain and took tums all the time. Her Dr. Neglected to take her seriously and never addressed her concerns. She was a healthy person otherwise and was always busy and follower of God. The clinic where she frequently went refuses to release her records to me. I’ suspect they are concealing or are hiding information about negligence. What do I have to to get those records? They won’t return calls, emails and texts. A person who works at the clinic said ” my wife’s files and med. Records are restricted. I and that individual and others believe that clinic may face supreme litigation
