Abstracts Still Being Accepted for AHIMA Annual Convention and Coding Meeting

AHIMA’s call for abstracts for the 2014 AHIMA Annual Convention and Exhibit will continue until January 31, 2014. The convention will be held September 27 through October 2, 2014 in San Diego, CA.

Additionally, AHIMA is also accepting abstracts for its 2014 Clinical Coding Meeting until February 17, 2014. This event will be held June 6th and 7th in New Orleans, LA.


Speak at AHIMA’s Clinical Coding Meeting

The Clinical Coding Meeting is seeking speakers on topics related to ICD-10 implementation and beyond, as well as reimbursement, clinical documentation improvement, physician practice, computer-assisted coding, and recovery audit contractors. Other topics include:

  • Coding, classification, and reimbursement
