HIE sounds promising but that’s all it is “Promises” We have a gridlock in DC and no one talks about it or has any plans to fix it, until the 2 corrupt parties unify for the good of the country and pay down this up and coming 20 trillion dollar deficit approaching and reign in government spending.

    This country and all it’s programs are on the path to Greece 2.0, you mention cost savings in this video with no examples. Diabetes, obesity, heart disease with non productive 51% of the population on government assistance, this HIE will prove to be nothing more than another government disaster.
