I REVIEW THE CHARGES FOR OUR ER I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE 96368 CODE FOR CONCURRENT INFUSIONS WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN THE 96367 SEQUENTIAL INFUSION AND THE CONCURRENT????? IF YOU CAN HELP ME I REALLY WILL APPRECIATE IT. THANKS

Is there a new code that replaces 19357 (Postmastectomy Breast Reconstruction) I have submitted code 19357 with the ICD-9 code of 85.51 to the insurance company for the follow-up expansion procedure and have been informed that code is no longer valid.

I am also interestedn in what the new code is for the technical component of an Echocardiogram. We used to bill 3 codes with a TC modifier. Now I understand its only one code. Can you please expalin? Thank you.
